Does the exhaust come with different music options? The one that’s playing on yours sounds a bit gay for me. To each their own, but I wouldn’t like to hear that every time I got in my car. I’m an older guy without a man-bun, so I’d rather listen to something with a 70’s guitar sound. Maybe Ritchie Blackmore/Deep Purple soundtracks? Can I download something like that instead?

Hey I love this and about to pick one up for my ZR2. Is there anywhere to hear a true cold start? Factory exhaust is super load and high pitched on cold start

I feel like this is intended for the TRD trim. The Sequoia TRD and 4Runner TRD all have a wide range of aftermarket support, and now that the RAV4 comes in a TRD trim, aftermarket companies are trying to release some “cool” accessories and mods. If I had a RAV4 TRD, I’d probably buy one. Any other trim and I’d pass.

So I bought the afe stage 2 air intake and with in 2 months the oil faded.. I have a stone driveway but not that long..

It’s not super audible in the video but does this tekeda a cold air intake add a noise to the engine? I’ve heard certain intakes add a cool noise as air gets sucked in but it seems more prevalent on short ram intakes. Is this true? Also I’ve heard the cool air intakes make the turbo much louder. Is this true with this one? I was trying to go for this intake and a HKS SSQV BOV for the perfect sound and performance ratio.

Another car good question. I’m planning on getting the 2021 Mazda 3 turbo coupe/sedan. Just curious. What is needed to achieve turbo flutter as opposed to a woosh. I’ve heard 2 things. Either remove the BOV or add an intake. Do I need 1 of these or both? I’m just curious how this all works. Or if turbo flutter is safe for that car 0:03 . Thanks for your help! I’ve also seen certain blow off valves that make the turbo flutter.

Where can I find the rebuild kits for the 2.5?

It takes a little getting used to I believe, one week in and on regular highway it sounds like there is some drone, manageable and doable, but it is there slightly. It seems a little weird as well, it might be my ears , but it seems like one needs to play with the Rev range to be able to find a good "frequency", driving at highway speeds below 2K RPM it sounds more droney, then 2K-2.6K, sounds great and chill and low volume, 2.6-3.2K gets a little droney again somehow, and after 3.2K it's better with drone again and has volume. The one thing I have to mention, if you want an exhaust that OPENS UP when you rip on it, look no further this one is absolutely raucous and when I am on it, it makes me chase those pops, bangs, and throw my MPG out the window. Love it!

Per the dyno, it looks like this intake loses some power at lower RPMs. 🤔

Why is there no video on 9th gen cat back

Just installed this on my 2023 g70... dope. Everything lines up. The screws for the OEM inlet that you take out you'll need a small rachet wrench to screw the afe intake in. Tighten by hand first, if you don't have a small rachet good luck lol.
